| Limousine Beef Our beef is available throughout the year, but advanced orders are helpful where possible, due the longer maturing process which ensures good flavour and tenderness. We supply our beef cut as you require, be joints or steaks. The braising or casserole beef and mince are well trimmed and should you require specific cuts to be used please let us know. | ||||||||

Spring Lamb We only sell our own lamb and therefore it is seasonal and available from approximately May to November. It is grass reared giving excellent flavour. Again should you require a Crown or Racks of lamb please order accordingly. | ||||||||
