Ellenden Farm Fishery Regulations

1. All tickets to be purchased from the Farm Shop on site, from 8am on the day of fishing. Day tickets only are available and no fishing is permitted after dusk.

Tickets can only be purchased when a valid Rod Fishing Licence as issued by the Environment Agency is produced. Without a licence, no tickets can be purchased.

With the exception of anglers under the age of 12, each angler must present a valid licence when their ticket is purchased.

2. Keep nets can be used on this Pool as long as they are rinsed and dipped before use and used according to the Rules.
3. All keep nets to be emptied at 1pm and reused again only after 2pm. This Rule applies from 1st May through to the end of September.
4. All carp over 5lbs to be returned immediately to the Pool and not retained in nets.
5. All litter to be removed from Pool area and disposed of by the angler when fishing is finished.
6. No tins allowed at all at the Pool i.e. luncheon meat, sweetcorn, hemp etc.
7. Unhooking mats to be used for large fish.
8. Barbless hooks only, with the maximum size being size 12. Also note no braid to be used at all.
9. No radios to be used at the Pool, including car radios. Portable music devices may be used with properly fitted ear-phones as this does not cause a disturbance to other anglers.
10. Please note the baits listed are the only baits which cannot be used on this Pool:
• Ground bait
• Boiles
• Pellets
• Tiger nuts
All other baits may be used.

The Bailiff will be on site from time to time to ensure that the above Rules are respected. This includes the checking of hooks, keep net times, music devices etc. Anyone found to be in breach of these Rules will be asked to leave the Pool immediately.

Ticket price:
Adults: £6 per day
Seniors & concessions: £4.50 per day
Ages 12 -16 inclusive: £3.50 (valid licence required)
Under 12s – free of charge
Note: all anglers under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a licence holding adult.
